Favorite FREE Homeschool Resources

As you can tell from the title, today I will be sharing some of my favorite FREE homeschool resources!

  • Pinterest – You can find almost ANYTHING on Pinterest and I have found quite a bit of free printables for unit studies, worksheets, spelling, etc. You can also find lesson plan sheets and if you’re anything like me that’s one of your favorite parts!
  • Teachers Pay Teachers – This has been another one of my favorites! Not everything on the site is free, but there are a lot of different activities for free and most others are $1-5! The thing that I like most about these is that actual teachers make these worksheets for their classroom and share them with others. I feel like since I don’t have a degree in teaching these help fill in any gaps that I don’t think of for our homeschool.
  • All In One Homeschool – This site is AMAZING. It is the whole, full curriculum for all subjects from preschool through high school. For our first year we used this with Autumn so that I could weave my way into what seemed to be a very overwhelming chapter in our life slowly. Everything is laid out for you for 180 days. You just go to the website, choose the grade you would like to do and follow the day by day instructions. There are workbooks for some grades and such. I am actually using their Getting Ready 1 (preschool level) workbook for Sophia this year as an add on to our curriculum with her.
  • Last but definitely not least, this blog post shares a lot of additional free homeschooling curriculum and other resources.

I love that you don’t have to be made of money to be a homeschool family. There are many advantages that I have found to homeschooling and maybe that’ll be another post if that’s something y’all would be interested in!

I hope that you have enjoyed this list and found something that you can take away from it! If you’d like to see a post of our advantages and disadvantages (really I don’t think we have any?) of homeschooling let me know in the comments and we can make that happen!

Until next time…
